Best device for transporting freeswimmers?

I've heard a couple of you allude to "sucking up" or "suctioning" freeswimmers to transport them in to a fry tank but what exactly are yall using?

I have a 2.5 gallon that I siphon them into. From there, I siphon them down into the growout. For itty bitty ones, you can use a medicine dropper from a pharmacy.
