all the filtration unplugged and a dead copperband butterfly the lights were off and i turned them on and plugged the filtratino back in and then bang! my friggen entiore filter system exploded! literally exploded! its now sittign there smolderign! isnt my mum a great carer for animals for those who read the cichlid forum you already know about what she did to my cichlids.
 
well, at least this tank sounds in slightly better shape than the Cichlid tank :huh: The water's not black at least, but the exploding filter sounds bad. You didn't get hurt, did you?
 
nope but i did s**t myself when it exploded yes i suppose at least i didnt have to do a complete water change on this one lol i suppose thats a brightside.
 
what? why'd she unplug it? was she thinking "pinks not home, so the fish doesnt really need this"
