Complete hard drive eraser because of viruses. Pls help

Does anybody have a hard drive deleter. If do can you somehow send it over to me at cichlid_keeper91@yahoo.com. Or a website that completely erases a hard drive that is a free download. PLSSSSSS help

can't you just reformat the hard drive(s)? If it's a PC, right click on the hard drive (usually C: ) under My Computer and select "Format".

I might be wrong about that, though.

If it needs to be erased because of viruses, reinstalling windows after booting from the installation CD will suffice, just be sure to format the drive as part of the installation.

It says that the cd I put in is a lower version than the computer windows. Then it says that I would have restart the computer boot from computer then reinstall it. How do you boot up A cd from just restarting the computer?
