best flow rate for this setup?

my tank is 120 gallon (24x24x48) 1.5 inch sand bed,100 lbs live rock,1 clown,1 yellow wrasse,2 chromis,1 foxface,1 dogface puffer,1 boxfish so far.sump is 20 gallons.

I hope to start adding more fish and a few corals soon.
 
For most marine setups and espescially if you plan on keeping corals, you want a turn over rate of atleast 10-20x the tanks volume, so, atleast 1,200 gph - 2,400 gph of water movement.
