wats the best deal you've gotten on a big tank? (150 gallon or up)

i'm gonna upgrade from my 100 gallon (got full set up including stand and canopy for 400) to a 150 or over. i'm just looking to see the very best deal i could get. i don't care about used or not and talking about freshwater. i'm kind of hoping for about 500-700. thanks

that's the best place to find aquarium deals. You can search craigslist or aquabid for used tanks. Or just pick up a new acrylic tank, there are dozens acrylic aquarium manufacturers on the west coast. A brand new well made 250gallon cost as low as $700, us east coasters can only dream such price.
 
I got a beat up 150gal for free, needed new frames but it holds water. Tank and stand, and hoods that don't fit it. Got another 150gal for 200 bucks, tank and stand and hoods that do fit but I'm not using. Neither came with lights.
 
I got an entire 300 setup with custom stand, hood, wet/dry (75 gal sump) and a little giant pump for $150.

I've got 2 free new 150's (they had small chips)
and I got my 265 with lights and lids for $550

Oh yea, a used 300 acrylic for $350 from a petstore that was going out of business.
 
thanks confusion i checked out glasscages and they do have great prices. my new problem is im looking for a 300 gallon triangular corner tank which from the research ive done is gonna cost a ton
 
I got a 100 gallon tank with stand, top lid with flourencent lights for $100.00..The tank was 2 years old..It is very clean..And the filter for it for $5.00..

Sorry, I know you said 150 or over but I had to chime in.
