look on craigs list or ebay. depending on what size tank you want, theres some good deals on there. you can get a completly setup 100g for around $500 then use the other $100 on fish/decor. whatever you do, should be fun, have a good time spending!!!

Yeah, I'd definitely buy tank upgrades and new tanks (if my boyfriend would let me, that is. He's put his foot down at 4 fish boxes ).
Actually, I just got my student loans last Wednesday and I've already spent a bunch of it on fishy supplies. I'm borrowing money to make life happier for my fish and plants! Is that when I know I have a problem?
