Thanks, I get that a lot. Probably because of the nasty fish I keep? I'm not exactly your typical girly girl :). The modeling is a whole new thing for me as I have the height for it (6ft) and the body structure so figured I would give it a try. I will try and round up a pic later where I'm not modeling and hanging with my horses :).

Oh, I just made the name when I first joined 3 years ago when I was absolutly infatuated with the Monodactylus sebae brackish water fish. But now that I have found saltwater fish for the past 2 years...... Triggeraddict or Triggerlover or RibbonEellover would be more fitting :). You know that would mean that I'll have more money for myself to buy fish stuff or more carnivorous plants, which my wife just loves. (She would throw them all away if she could, she thinks their ugly. I think she needs her eyes looked at.)
As for golf, you mean miniature golf, right? I'm pretty good at that. If you mean "real" golf, I've never played. I have played some small par 3 course near me, longest hole might be 100 yards. I might have played 3 times in 5 years. I'm a good worm burner. That's not a bad thing now that I think about it. I could collect the worms to feed my fish.

(Be sure to get in quickly, if you are "near" the seat he considers you to be in and is going to floor it) Your golf score will probably be pretty good, because if you do hit your ball in the rough, he will just throw you out a new one next to his so you don't waste time looking for yours. It was no worse than what was on the Miss Universe pagent a few nights ago. One shot had issues, beautiful, perfect issues, but the rest were within what I would call acceptable. My problem with it was the OTHER girls that were linked to on the site.. Some of them left little, if anything, to the imagination.

Mog, taking glamour shots dressed in a such a manner is a lot different than seeing a gal go to work or school dressed like that. If the girls I usta work with would have came to work dressed like that, then I'm sure you can guess where I woulda spent my work hours. Or at least tried ;)

Pics like that are very marketable, but I find them tasteless, & unsuitable for a family forum. Undoubtedly that is a sexy, seductive-looking woman who knows what she's got ;) But I stop short of calling her beautiful... that is too profound a word & to me those pics don't reflect that.

Even if that were a man I would not be impressed. Or maybe that just makes me "woman". :D

On another note, I see a lotta fully clad men & women in mugshots that I can call beautiful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, like, I personally have a weakness for baby-blues :D :D & anything otherwise rarely have an effect on me. :D

And you might find your friend beautiful but others who don't know him/her think otherwise.

That's not the issue. For the record, I have photographed fine-art b&w portraits before, some half-nude, not sexually suggestive in any way. They bring out the soul of the subject, instead of emphasizing his/her sexuality

OG pulled the link because she knew that some people would get upset about. They are professional photo's and she is a very beautiful person just like all the rest of you here on AC. Some people will look at the pics as suggestive and others will admire the human body for what it is.

Folks, can we just remember that there are little ones who surf these forums too? How sad is it that 5th graders could be on here looking for help with a science report or something and they stumble across these photos. I back Lila 1000% and sometimes I wonder what happened to this place too. It's about time someone speaks out for whats morally and ethically right. And yes, this is "just the Internet" however billions of people (millions of kids) also surf the net.

I am scared that a day will come where children will not be able to surf the net for fish info because half nude (more like 3/4's nude) pictures will pop up. And shame on everyone who made Lila feel in the wrong.

Apparently we can't just let taking the pictures down be "enough" because this continues to happen here at the forums. I'm just as fed up as Lila is... :mad:

The same BS occured when Celura posted her SLIGHTLY suggestive cleavage shot. Happychem is 90% naked in his shot, yet 2" of cleavage brought out the jealous sides of several of the ladies on this forum. Not uncommon though, usually the first person to complain about a woman dressing less and appropriately in, let's say and office setting, is another woman. I usta work in an office that was mostly women, mostly hot women.. Some were classy, some were trashy. The classy women had their clique and all the seemed to moan about was how the trashy "*****s" dressed... The trashy ones had their own clique, and they constantly talked about the uptight "prudes" who were moaning about them to the boss. Frankly, I got sick of hearing the *****ing from both sides and I'm glad I don't work with many women anymore.

Moral of the story? Grow up and make sure all the windows in your glass houses are clean before you start throwing stones.

Jealous? Hardly. I have my own, um, assets. I never saw Celura's cleavage pic so I don't know the level of "exposure"; happy's I wasn't so wild about, neither did I mind so much somehow. At first glance he didn't seem so, uh, naked. The shock value wasn't that high.

Plus, when happy posted that pic we'd gotten to know him a little better. He was already a friend, a likeable guy. This gal just came, posted a link of some near-naked pics, & vanished.

I wasn't angry. Hell, you'd have to do a lot more to incite my anger. ;) I hope she'll continue posting for us to know her a little better. I'm sure all would be forgiven & forgotten.

I guess I should let everyone know that the poster that is known here as ShanaNY is NOT the real Shana. Shana is in fact persuing this as this is not the first time that this has happened to her. I am a little bit surprised that that the poster that is assuming her ID didnt figure out that this is an illegal action and one that is not taken lightly. He should know better than that. A really stupid move on his part.

Shana is in fact a very pleasant person to talk to and I hope that people do not get the wrong impression of her because of this.

I do apologize for not sending you a note. I got slammed with phone calls while I was doing ten different things. If you want a reason I will give you one.

First notice that I deleted all the late messages pertaining to this. You should never assume anything. OG did not delete the posts. Your post was indirectly pointing at a particular person. Maybe this isn't the right idea, but perhaps the mods should just delete the last few pages, or however long that debate lasted.

1) It really got away from the point of the thread and into a debate on decency
2) It completely altered the mood of this thread, and not for the better!
3) Any new posts, posters or readers of this thread will end up waiding through all that unpleasantness before they post.

While I wouldn't normally suggest burrying the past, or any good debate, I don't think that any good came or will come from the past few pages of this thread. Sometimes a clean slate is better.

I agree completely with Happychem, and I think this thread should be pruned back a few days, starting with Andy's post on page 6.. Everything else after that is useless, worthless whining and bickering. 2 of my favorite reasons for removing this board from my favorite places list.

Yep, we celebrated April 22. As a matter of fact, for years we've always taken the week our b'day falls on - off from work to do things together that only we like to do. This involves fishing, going to a new LFS, going to the beach (weather provided), you name it... whatever WE want.... last year we got matching tattoo's! We respectfully call it twin Week :D Everyone at work loves it and always marks it off as "hands off week" meaning they know I will be inaccessable.
