Well I was planning on using my 20 gallon for sump and dividing it in half, one section for protein skimmer, the other for return and heaters. Then next to that at a higher level was going to use my 10 gallon tank as my Refugium but i had to have it drilled. They said that they thought it was tempered so i told them to forget it and ill build one. So here i am now...

To build like a Plexiglas tank around 10 -15 gallon should not be to hard i would not think. Some questions I need answered are:

What type of glue do i use, Just a caulk that is 100% silicone?
What thickness of Plexiglas, will 1/4" work? or need to be thicker?
Any other suggestions you might have would be great?
