Breeding Black Widow Tetras

Hello,

because I have a really fat black widow tetra, it came to my mind that it might be pregnant and ready to lay eggs. It has been 2 weeks though and no eggs since it is still fat and so I guess that it is just fat and not pregnant. I realy like these fish though and I would like to breed them. I didn't find much information on breeding these fish so can anyone tell me how?

How do I distinguish males from females....I know its something about the fins but a picture will be most helpful....at least if someone can find a picture on the net and just say that this picture is of a female or a male.

my black widows are allot more brighter then that, depends on the strain.
with mine witch would be the same as the others. the anal fin on my males is tiped black and the femals are more pale. pretty easy
