There's alot of small bubbles on the surface of my tank.. Can someone tell me what's causing it and how i can stop it?

Do you have plants? Are you using CO2? What are your water parameters? You gotta give us something to go on.

What fish are in the tank will be helpful as well. Male betta and gourmies build bubble nests for spawning. On rare occasions, females have been reported nest building as well. If you have either of these fish in the tank, there isn't anyway you can stop them from trying. You can try increasing the surface disruption, but that may have negative consequences for other things in the tank (like plants).

Bubbles that accumulate are a symptom of a moderately heavy load of organics dissolved in the water-- lipids and proteins etc.

The easiest way to deal with it is to step up the water changes. Do you do a weekly partial water change?

A very light splash of hydrogen peroxide dribbled into the outlet flow of the filter will oxidize organics. Try 5ml per ten gallons. Don't overdose, or you'll burn fish gills...
