Ph level not stable?

I am very worried about PH levels as these are not stable and creating much problems for me!
Why PH levels are not stable and if there are some methods to get PH levels stable?

Have you been doing anything to mess with your water chemistry? What test kit are you using?

tell us as much as you can about the tank. What sort of substrate what's in the tank critters, lr, etc and what is your ph and tell us some numbers in re to fluctuaton.
