2 questions because I can't find any real info other then bigger is better:

What size tank do you need for an individual of each, and is it possible to keep them in a tank together and what size would you need??

a 75 bare minimum for females (jag and dovii)
180 for a male dovii
100+ for male Jag

It would take a 300+ gallon tank to keep one of each. It's possible, but very very unlikely. (I have seen a 16" male dovii in the same tank as a 14" male jag, but the tank was about 700 gallons)

A 250g would be the minnium for a Male wolf cichlid They can reach up to 28+ inches and no tankmates.

A 120g would be good for a Jag

Females could be kept in smaller tanks I would say 75-100g

I would have to agree with rallysman and say a Jag and Wolf probabally would not work together unless you had an extremely large tank.
