PETA Upset at Six Flags Roach Contest

PETA people need to get out more. In some parts of the world, roaches are a perfectly acceptable food source.

Not to me they aren't, but to the people who live in the aforementioned parts of the world, they're a tasty treat.

Personally, I am not into the eating of bugs. No moral high ground to claim, I just prefer cows, chickens, pigs, and fish.

eeeeewwwww.... chocolate covered ants are one thing, but those big nasty things? Unlimited line jumping, no way. Loads and loads of cash, maybe. eeeeewwww.... shouldn't have read it, knew I shouldn't read it. Not before bed.

And I'm all for animal rights, but PETA gets crazier every day.....

well cockroaches are sold as food in some places but,can you imagine being eaten alive?given thier size i dont think you can kill them with one bite......i dont like roaches but I still think i causes them pain, and its quite nasty....ewww.....

I'm just impressed that they're sticking up for something thats not cute and fuzzy. PETA I think usually chooses the animals to try and protect through beauty contests.

PETA

Thats "People Eating Tasty Animals" isn't it?

:D  :D

My kid & her friend ate them over the weekend (I was wondering when PETA was going to start picketing). I wonder hwo many of those PETA ppl allow roaches & such free reign to run around their houses?
