it is a still monday night at 12:30 AM. a young woman is walking down the street, when suddenly a man in black jumps out of a bush and starts beating her to death right outside of your house. what do you do?

Show him what it's like to be on the receiving end of that kind of treatment. Then call him an ambulance, Good Samaritan that I am and all....
Well, I'd dial 911 first to get the police and an ambulance on the way for the girl. Then I'd grab the loaded rifle and try to get the man to stop beating her from the safety of my porch. If that doesn't stop him, I'd fire a warning shot. If he gets ticked and comes after me or starts beating her more fiercely, I'd probably shoot him. In a scenario where I don't have access to a gun (which will be never unless they take away our right to bear arms), I'd call 911 and then call a male neighbor.

No warning shot though; "what goes up, has gotta come down"; who knows where the bullet will end up. Verbal warning, and if he carries on, or threatens me, he will be stopped.
And I won't "Shoot to wound". You shoot to STOP the threat, no more and no less. If one shot does it, great. If the threat still exists, carry on until the threat is ceased.

geez what would i do... i would call the police first since considering im a kid, and then, you know how aquarium salt, or any kind of salt gets stuck together and hard when its humid, well yea... they make great projectiles (probly the only use aquraium salt has RLMAO!!!!) and then my world history book would be good; it wieghs 7 pounds FYI(how do i know? my friend weighed it to see how much we were carrying around for FOUR hours until we get a chance to go to your lockers and put all of the junk away), and then there are the other kids in my neighborhood that would come running if i told them what would happen and we would probly swarm the guy (AIM is a great way to spread news lol) and restrain him before he kills somebody.
now that would be the situation IF my neighbor hood had bushes big enough for people to hide behind; my subdivisin is only about 4 1/2 years old lol
I would probably just run out and smash him over the head with something, or just attack him with my fists, since I know taekwondo, then restrain him while my mother calls the police for the guy and an ambulance for the woman.
Whats the situation? What do we not know about it? Ever seen men in black? Of all the monsters and aliens in the test course, J only shoots the little girl with the algebra book in her arms. And that was the intended target. Theres just not enough info for me to produce an oppinion.
OK Firstly the wouldnt happen here and IF it did some many people who just rush to beat the something(think of the children) out of this guy(coummity watch programs xD) like here(australia we dont have to right to bear arms like we can if you like do training and get a lience and like dont have any criminal offence but really the only people that have guns in Aus is the farmers for foxes and rabbits and stuff, like no offence to any americans but the right to bear arms is stupid and out dated that right was written decades ago in a totally different(slavely was still a legal trade) time yeah maybe it was needed back then but in todays setting guns arent needed they only fuel the problem
