I have been having great luck with weekly water changes, and dosing flourish. And Flourite substrate. Sometimes I does flourish trace, if I remember to...

I was thinking about picking up some potassium and iron and phosphate as well.

I stopped dosing kno3 because my nitrate levels are about perfect.

Would it be a good idea to grab a few bottles and try them out? I don't see any obvious deficiencies...Other than my red temple is not growing perfect (new CO2 reactor seems to be helping it quite a bit though!)

Yes, for your tank Flourish P and Flourish K would be a good option (though a lot more expensive in the long term than dry ferts.) to go with your Flourish. Make sure you buy regular Flourish, not Flourish 'Trace'. Flourish Trace is a watered down version and unless you have a lot of Fe coming from the tap, you want the regular Flourish.
The next time you're at the LFS check the ingredients of the two.
BTW, more efficient CO2 absorption will cause plants to require more nutrients so keep an eye on the plants to determine a possible need for more.

Yea I already have a bottle of trace I never use, oh well lol.

I actualy already have flourish I was just going to get some more. Since I only have a few small tanks it takes me a long time to go through a bottle. I guess I will try Dry Ferts next time around and just save these bottle so I have something to mix them in heh.

I forgot to order the Flourish P :( I thoguht I had it in the cart but oh well I guess.

Somehow I managed to blow another $100, guess it was the 2 liters of Excel for $24 and and another bag of eco complete lol. I jsut could not justify another 500ml bottle for $15 when 2 liters was not much more. I guess that shoudl last me a couple years considering I'm jsut dosing the Vivarium and 3 gallon lol. And well maybe the other tanks if I see any hair algae.
