i have a three inch oscar in my amazon discus setup with 2 discus(3inch), 4 angels, cories and a pleco. is that a stupid idea or will it be ok? everythings fine at the moment been about 3 days since the oscar was introduced

What size tank?
No to the Oscar with discus/angels, or for that matter corys.
I don't even keep my angels and discus together.

Hi,
When the oscar gets bigger its gonna make little morsels of the Cories.
Get the Cories out of the tank! And I don't think the angelfish are good in there either. Ive never had discus so I don't know if they would be okay with the oscar.

i have an 100 gallon, and at the moment the discus are kinda pikin on the the oscar, angels don care theyr just ignorin the oscar and hes ignorin them

Get the cories out of there! The Oscars will have them for lunch. Also I would not be keeping oscars with discus. The oscars will compete for the food and the discus will have a problem getting enough food. Discus like to graze and take thier time when they eat. Oscars on the other hand are very messy eaters and will mess with the water quality in no time. Discus need frequent water changes and pristine water. Something you will not have with oscars. Two different feeding habits and two very different water requirements. If you do not change this you will have problems in a very short amount of time. No question about that.

i say get rid of the oscar.
if youve only had it three days it should still be under the LFSs warrantee. if they dont tank him back after 3 days, dont go to that LFS anymore because their guarantee is so short, which tell syou that they are not very confident in the quality of their fish (excluding walmart... they HAVE to take back PRODUCTS within 90 days)
if you get rid of the oscar you can get some more corys and perhaps some tetras
