20Gal High w/ Penguin 170.

1 3-Spotted Gourami
6 Bleeding Heart Tetras
3 Cories
2 Tiger Barbs

I would like to round out the Cories and Tigers to 5-6 each.

Right now all of them are getting along.....

You are pretty close to overstocked now. I would take back the barbs and round out the cories.

I agree - the barbs will eventually terrorize somebody in that small of a tank anyway.

I suggest you get a 55 gallon first.

i second the idea to get rid of the barbs and add to the cories.

Maybe he can't get a 55 gallon. He has a 20 gallon and wants to know about stocking that one not a 55. I am not trying to be nasty but not everyone can just go out and get a bigger tank. So if I were you I would take back the tiger barbs and increase the school of either the bleeding hearts or the cories.

I'll agree, i love tiger barbs but they don't belong in a community tank. find the barbs a new home, pick up a couple more corries.

Hello,

Your tank is a little overstocked or just under. You should give away the barbs and get some more Cories.

:hi: None of these fish are suitable for that aquarium size except maybe the tetras. So the best recomendation is to get a bigger aquarium, unless s/he is going to return most if not all of the fish that are in the aquarium.
