im looking for a 'carpet' plant for my new 20Long. i have my eyes on some riccia right now but i was looking for a couple more ideas, whats everyones favorite 'carpet' plant??

I'm now a confirmed hair grass fanatic. Love the stuff. Does not require a ton of light spreads nicely, and looks great.
Another nice plant is E. Tenellus, especially the red variety.

I just got some Elatine tiandra


Going to give it a shot since I could not find marsiela quadrifolia.

Fromt the pics I pulled up on the net it looks quite nice.

HC looked dificult to plant to me, but I was thinking to try it out in one of my tanks.

Ricca... MTS food...

At least thats what my MTSes have been tearing up in my tank...

I would suggest 4 leaf clover or Hair Grass. Or even Java Moss.

I have some aquatic clover and its a beast =) Toughest carpet plant ever to kill.
