Blue and Bolivian Ram feeding

i know that they wont eat flakes. i have read that they will eat sinking pelets, so should i feed them just general or cichlid (i ask because i think cichlid pelets might be to big for them) pelets? this would be their staple diet, and every now and then blood worms, brine shrimp etc.

Ya my bolivians eat flakes too. They wont eat pellets. They love brine shrimp as a treat.

Hi, try feeding them the 3mm sinking New/Life cichlid pellets. They won't have any trouble with that size.

ill try both when i get them (which will be soon)... its always best to know what to feed a fish before you get it!
do you know if Petsmart has good blues? its the only place in my area that has any type of rams at all.

my peppered cory in my 20 gallon wasnt looking good after he got sucked onto the filter intake...i found him there last monday and he didnt eat after that, and he died today, and that is why i was considering a ram, or i could get some more corys.
