you could make it into a pond, but you wouldn't be able to put goldfish in it. you could try mosquito fish, though.

a very short while. you should invest in a 55 gallon tank.

that container needs to be cycled before the fish are put in there. You can speed this up if you use the media from your 5 gallon. I wouldn't even give it a couple months for the size..... I think you should be looking to invest in a 40+ gallon tank sooner rather than later. The problem comes from not only the bioload these fish expel into the water but hormones as well. Water changes will need to be daily.

ok so its 20 gallons per goldfish? i'll try and get everything organized as soon as I can.no, more like 30Gs per goldfish. you could get away with them both in a 40G, but I strongly reccomend a 55G.

I dont know FC most people recomend and do fine with 20 gallons per gold fish as long as they are heavily filtered

I dont know FC most people recomend and do fine with 20 gallons per gold fish as long as they are heavily filteredhmmmm. so alone, one goldfsih will need 30G and when housed together, it's 20G per fish. I suppose that makes sense.
