The water change is ok!
I think you're overstocked and you're probably going to need some luck for this to work out even short term. The jag is likely to be trouble, and the tex may be as well. The jds could also be a problem with each other, and maybe with the community depending on temperament. The firemouths may not get along with each other. I'm not sure how the unpaired cons are going to work out with the paired cons; that could also become an issue - or not; hard to tell.
I'd pull the unpaired cons as unnecessary complications, and maybe the firemouths as well since I don't think they will match up with the other, more aggressive fish. A single dempsey and a gt are ok together, but I don't think I'd try a second male jd in the same tank. I have serious doubts about a tex AND a jag, especially mixed in with the others. You can probably get away with the tex if it isn't totally crazy... So, my opinion is: gt, jd, pair of cons, tex. If that combo isn't homicidal, maybe you can have a firemouth as well. Pleco is ok. Probably not what you want to hear.

thx for the feedback i dont really have a problem with the tex and the jag but the largest male firemouth is agressive towards all also the male of the paired cons and the male of the non pair are crazy as well.
