I have a 29 gallon that's 18" tall.

I have two 36 watt T5 strips. Will this provide enough lighting?

I have wisteria, amazon sword, cryptocornes (sp?), java moss, and rotala.

Once I finish making my CO2 reactors, I will be putting CO2 into the tank.

My current stats are ph 7.5 and KH 5.

And, this is completely off-topic, but does anyone know where I can get rubber stoppers with a small glass tube going through it? I figure if I can get these, then I can put these onto my 2 liter bottles for CO2 . . . instead of having to drill a hole in the cap . . . .

That should be more than enough light for the plants you have listed. As for the rubber stoppers you could do a search for "scientific supplies" or "lab supplies".
Here is one site I found, it looks like it would be a costly to use them.
