I have 2 peguin 300's, a magnum 350 canister, and eheim 2217 canister filter available. The peguins and the magnum are kinda noisy. Currently i am using the magnum as a mechanical filter with filter media and have the works in the 2217. The 2217 is rated for 264g per hour and the magnum at 350. Which would make 614 gallons a hour. approx. 4.9 turnovers per hour under perfect conditions. Do you think this is enough? Or should I also run the peguin filters, I would rather not. Also if I got another 2217 could I run two of these and nothing else? Would I have all filtrations taking care of, mechanical, biological, etc. This thing is so quiet, you can not hear it run. Thank you for your help.
