i was looking to get the longest list of plant wholesalers that i can get my hands on. any website that sells plants either wholesale or as a distributor is what i need. thanks!

Do you have a tax number and a DBA? If you don't most wholesalers won't deal with you. You can find some really good prices on plants coming out of singapore, but you need to be careful with that. If the plants are not sent with a phytosanitary certificate and customs opens the package the plants will be destroyed.

i am talking about supplying a wholesaler or retailer with supllies i would like to market. i will eventually market here, i just have to get sponsorship first.

What is it you are marketing? There are various regional and national distributors for the pet retail industry. The super pet store chains buy direct from manufacturers, not thru distributors. In fact some of them own distributing companies. Central garden and Pet is the Nations largest pet product distributor. They also own Tropical fish Hobbyist Magazine. There are much smaller distributors that focus on specific product lines or spefcialty products. There are fish wholesalers, a few plant wholesalers, and then importers and trans shippers. There are also small time breeders and importers. I suggest you get a copy of Pet Product News put out by Bow Tie Press, who also publishes Aquarium Fish Magazine.
Oh wait, I know who you are! Substrate Gold! Your best bet is just to do an internet search for all the american online plant sellers. A couple of them like me sell wholesale. Don Matkis is in your area. If you look in Aquarium Fish Magazine, it has a new ad section for wholesalers. Segrest Farms and Southland are two biggies that advertise there.
