There are blobs all over the place that look like groups of 20-30 tiny eggs. The blobs themselves are only about 5mm across + almost round. The "eggs" were white and the glue was a translucent substance that allowed the "blob" to hold the blobs own shape.

*Iv'e found one group that has green eggs.
the "translucent glue" of the cluster is still translucent, only the "eggs" are green.
I didn't think these were eggs until now.
Now I still don't know what these are and have more to confuse myself with.....

*Anyone have ideas or answers?

Thanks.

sounds like snail eggs. They turn colors, from clear or white to brown or reddish (or I guess green for you) as the baby snails develop and grow. You probably want to remove as many of those egg jellies as you can. A few snails won't hurt at all, though, as they do a great job at eating algae. Plus, if their numbers explode you know you're overfeeding and need to step up with tank cleaning/water changes. :)
