OK my tank came w/ 2 40w bulbs. I just won a 75 w bulb on ebay tonight. Will live rock do ok with one 40 watt bulb on one side and one 75 watt bulb on the other? Thanks.

Sure. Use reflectors to five an even spectrum. If you add coral then you will need stronger lightning.
