What would happen if one hooked the intake of a penguin 100 biowheel filter to the rise tube of a 10 gallon undergravel filter?. Would this be bad? Good? Just wondering..

It would increase the biological filtration, but might slow your filter to the point where your biowheel stops. Give it a try and let us know!!!
If you do, make sure you keep up on gravel vacs.

Seriously thinking about it. Only question is how to integrate the square intake to the 1" rise tube.

Oh yea, I forgot those had square intakes. I wonder if you can heat one of those clear plastic tubes that goes into a sponge filter enough to form it.....

No one sells sponge filters anymore, yet at petsupermarket thats what they had in every stock tank.. ??

But yea melt it to the shape you need then silicone it.

Alwayse a way, you just gotta find it.

We shall see....
