Angelfish with red eyes

I have a leopard angel fish with red colored eyes. Does this mean that he is closely related to the wild species of angels or just a commonly inherited characteristic? Thanks in advance for your repsonse, viinsinn

tha is just a trait they are bred for. it is a sign of quality breeding. high quality discus also have red eyes. if you happen to make him unhappy they will not be red anymore, until you please him
