My 90 Gallon tank is comming along great. I am now to the art of plumbing. I am setting up my internal overflow and was wondering... Does it matter how large it is? I have a 1 - 1/2 Bulkhead so I was thinking I would make the Overflow what would be to me a good size like 6" across and maybe 4 - 5" deep. Is this ok or will I not get enough water into the overflow for the bulkhead. I believe that the amount of water into the overflow is controlled by the teeth... Anyone know how much of a gap that I should have in-between the teeth of my overflow? Lots of questions but I figure better to ask then guess and have to redo it.
