Arcadia 'I' Bar [Archive] - Aquaria Central

Just wondering whether anyone had any experience with one of these? I am looking at a new lighting system for my Rekord 96 tank cause I want to go planted. If i used one of these with 2 24watt T5s plus reflectors, with CO2, would it give enough light for heavy planting?

If not, are there any systems which would?

I have no Idea what an Arcadia I bar is, do you have a link for it?
Your tank is around 25gal, so having 48w of t5 lighting you should be able to have a decent plant selection.

I feel like that would hang down too far into the tank and be too close to the water. I have glass tops over almost all my tanks, and these lights wouldn't work with that, it looks like they hang down inside the tank below the rim.
