I guess this question is for anybody with experience keeping Harlequin Rasboras.

Are they a schooling fish?, What is the minimum amount that should be kept in a 29 Gallon Aquarium.

These fish will be added to:

8 Neon Tetras
6 Zebra Danios
3 Cory Cats and,
3 Otto's

Good choice, these are one of my favorite schooling fish. They have a very distinctive look which I really like.

A great fish, very hardy and also one of my favorites. I purchased six Harlequin Rasboras for my daughter on her third birthday. This was back in November of 1994. Eight and a half years later I still have one old-timer marking time with his new family of Black Phantoms. That reminds me, I should run out and pick up some "grand kids" for grandpa.

I've got 10 Harlequins in my 55Gallon with plans for more :D

They are always together and love swimming together against my spraybar current. :p

 8-1/2 years old... that's amazing. Congrats on that, you must be doing something right. I plan on adding a school of Harlequins to my big-105gal- tank that is in the works, along with some Gold Gouramis, Clown Loaches,Giant Danios and Zebra Dainos.
