30G Stocking Proposal/Suggestions

My tank which is coming soon:
Acrylic, 30 gallon high-ish (is still longer than it is high), 4x an hour filtration (top filter)(considering adding a secondary filter), 40 watts of light (1.3 WPG).

Worth noting: my tap water is neutral to slightly acidic. So therefore probably soft also (?)

Plants and driftwood will be definite; going for natural look.

Species of fish I would like in this tank:

Gourami (blue, pearl/lace or dwarf.)
Neon Tetra
Pristella Tetra
Harlequin Rasbora
Peppered/Bronze/Albino Corydoras
Kuhli Loach

Please could you suggest me some stocking arrangements using above mentioned fish (numbers, species, male/female ratios). Bear in mind I don't wish to keep all the species mentioned, probably only four or five species. I have a preference for the neon tetras, but pretty much anything else goes!

Please suggest me some stockings and have a bit of fun!

6 each of the Neon, Pristellas, and Rasboras and 3 Corys.

This is a similar stocking to my 29 Gallon that has been up and running for 2 and half months with a few plants, and I perform 50% water changes each week.

That sounds good. I think I will end up going with something along those lines, except maybe dropping one of the dwarf gouramis and the rasboras, and boosting up the numbers of neons, pristellas and corys.

Alternatively I may go for just the neon tetras, with a small school of corys.

That it is very, very tempting. I think that would be extremely impressive. Now that I think about it, maybe a neon species tank would be the way to go.
