Hey everyone,

I have a quick question. Does the temp dial on the stealth series measure in celsius or Fahrenheit, or both? Or is there two different versions of the the heater? Most of the pictures I have looked at on the internet have shown numbers in the middle 20's. I doubt that would be 20 degrees Fahrenheit! I only found one picture using google that showed numbers in the 70's. I just wanted to know before I buy some from That Pet Place. I am not used to measuring my tanks temp in C.

Thanks

Those sold in the US use a Fahrenheit scale. Although I doubt it would be an unsurmountable problem if it read Celsius ;).

My is in F. I printed the Petsmart online price out and they matched it in the store.

I left it set at 79 and it's been spot on. The first one I had didn't heat the whole length, just in 2 spots. I exchanged it and this new one is much better. So, feel it when it's on and make sure the whole thing is warm. There is no light to tell you when it is on. I have read a lot of good reviews for it and based my choice on that after my marineland green heater overheated.

All of the ones I've ordered from online US dealers have been in F.
