I added an Aqua tech 20-40 and got a bio-wheel set up for it and my friend gave me a cycled bio-wheel so I am now filtering 23 GPH. LOL

20 gallons. I also have a whisper 20-30 internal.

WOW my math was way off. Its just over 14 GPH.

As long as there isn't too much current, you have lots of hiding places, and as long as you keep up with water changes to reduce the nitrates, I'm sure your tank will be fine for rams. (Unless you have hard alkaline water...)
