my black neon's black stripe is now brown, and their neon stripe looks like a boy drew it with chalk! erm any ideas? Could it be stress?

my "alpha" fish in the tank is now the second silvertip tetra. my "beta" are both one of my black neons and neons. the rest are just followers. the alpha doesn't mind company, unlike the last one
. he just chases a little, but it looks more like herding fish back into shoals, because all my fish shoal together now
