Questions on Blind Cave Tetras

Hi, I'm new to tetras and I got them the other day. Can you guys give me any info you have about them please. Also I'm not sure that they are eating their food, 'cause since they are at my animal care class I can't always be sure they eat when I do feed them since I have to go do jobs in a diff room. I just hope that they can find the food alright don't want them to die lol. Anyway I'll stop with the talking now lol.

They should be able to find the food just fine. Even though they can't see they have developed other sences to help them find the food. Do a search on google for then and you will find tons of info on them.
