Hey all. I have a 3" Green Severum (F) in a 37 gallon tank all by herself. At the moment, the tank seems a little under stocked and thought maybe wither adding a male severeum or maybe some target/dither fish. Any ideas??? Thanks ina advance!
I am not sure of the dimensions of 37 gallons but it seems like she will pretty much fill it up when she is full grown. If anything you might add a small shoal of tetras, I like black phantoms and rummynose.

How about some danios [not giant] for a bit of action and a few corys to clean up a bit after her.
I think that sounds fine, but you need to keep at least five or six of each because they are social fish so I would have plenty of filtration as that will be alot of fish. I would also say you would want a tank that is long and not tall. Just my thoughts, someone else might say that would be overcrowded but I personally would go with it. The footprint of the tank and the amount of filtration and water changes are really your only limiting factors IMHO.

Throw in a rainbow cichlid or two.
They are mid to low area swimmers. Whereas the severum will be a mid to top area swimmer.
You could also add a red tail shark or a few (3-4) barbs
I have for years and am still keeping all of these with my severums. No problems.
