He's the smaller black and yellow guy. So far they are getting along great!!!

Wow! Those are really pretty angels!
I have two angels, one healthy Chocolate Lace variety which is three and a half inches long, and a not so healthy Black angel (for some reason has not been eating for a month) which is three inches long.

Yep they are cardinal tetras (they get a little bigger than neons). IME Angels and smaller tetras can be housed together will no problems, but it's all about getting Angels that have been captive born and put in with tetras at a young age. Wild caught Angels and neons/cardinals don't really mix well, they are snacks!!
These Angels actually are from Germany and haven't had the pleasure of hunting neons in the wild. :shark:
now if they pair off I might have a little problem down the line...but I'l take that chance.
