Pick which list you would chose to add to my current stock. If you pick other, please specify what you would add. This list is for my 55g.

While you can add more fish to your 55g, that mix would be horrible- the barbs would destroy the fins of the betta, etc. (that's why I chose "other")

u need to add more silver dollars, they really prefer schools, and tetras and barbs. id add three more sd's, 7 more tetras and three more barbs, and you can then add some rams or whatever.

You really think you could mix barbs and a gourami???

Well i have heard silvers doing just fine without a school(which she is) and I have 2 bs's growing so when they get old enough, they to will be fine, and with this list i would be adding 2 more tigers(odd groups are better than even groups). I have considered all those facts, but I was looking for opinions on the adding list...but thanks for the concern! :joke:

i agree with neonmadness... add more SD's. while you say its fine alone, you'd be surprised how better "fine" gets with more in there

chocolate gouramis are by far the hardest fish i have ever cared for. their temps need to be in the 80's, ph needs to be low, water quality needs to be perfect, and minor fluctuations while kill it.

I had to seperate mine. The barbs almost nipped one of my gourami to death.
