do you have to keep a tank in the mid 70's to low 80's if you do not have any fish in the tank, but you do have live rock?
2-do you have to have that kind of temp if you have coral, an anenome or crabs/shrimp?

76-81 is the generally accepted range. I would suggest researching any potental purchases as some animals fall out of this range. And to answer your first question Yes LR should be keept in a warm tank.
