Accident

Hey all I know this is not the place for this but I realy need to vent.

While reading and posting last night. I got a call from my mother that my sister and her children just got into a car accedent. They just released my last neice from the hospital luckly everyone was ok.

My sister was pulling into my mothers driveway when some drunk swerved off the road and hit the passanger frount. I am almost starting to hate the holliday season. I have driven towtrucks before and it seems like there is more wrecks this time of year due to drunk drivers then any other. This time my family was involved. I am sooooo sick and tired of people drinking then getting behind the wheel thinking they drive better drunk then sober. I realy would like to do something that would put me in prison for life but I will not becouse that would hurt my family worse then what he did.

I realy feel they need to stop slapping the drunks on the wrist and put them away for life. Charge them with attempted vehicular manslaghter, assult with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, child endangerment, indangering the wealfare of a miner,....... The list goes on. Dont drop it down to one charge push them all through and let them spend there lives behind bars on the first affence. This is attempted murder and they don't deserve no simpithy.

This guy even had the nerve to smile and giggle when my mom asked him if he had been drinking while he said yes. She handled it better then I would have and just said YOUR GOING TO JAIL. (I am sure he will be out on friday)

Sorry all I just had to rave.

PLZ PLZ Do not drink then drive!!!! its not just your life on the roads.

PLZ PLZ Drive carfull and watch out for the crimanal drunks driving and report them.

PLZ take the keys away from those drinking.

Thanks all sorry I posted that here had to vent last night.

Here is my sisters car there was 3 children in there. The side that got hit was the passanger the kids realy took an impact.

Oh yea got the police report and they are only pushing a misdemener. I told the cops I would handle it myself when he got out you should of seen there faces. I am to the point I don't care if I go to jail over this guy I just wont him to never be able to drive again.

Lawer is on this we are going for everything we can! When he does get out of jail I am going to be watching for him to get a new car. When he does I will watch every bar intown and have him arrested again. I will make sure he keeps in jail if he wonts to keep drinking and driving. I drink very little and when I do I FIND ANOTHER WAY HOME. I called the local police one time becouse I needed a ride. They gave me one also. There is ways out and beleive it or not if you call your local police they may not give you a ride but they will get you home some how. It has never failed for me or anyone I know. They will help beleive me. One town I lived in had a designated driver program that got there money through support of the local bars. This was such a greate idea.

This guy is getting his but in jail, and getting sued. We are going for way more then his insurance amount. I don't care that the attornie will get the biggist part of the money they can have it all I just wont this guy to pay and pay he will.

I think I might see if I cant start a designated driver program in this town god knows we could use it.
