yay my 2nd post in the marines section lol.
ok... my friend (who i mentioned on my 1st post here) is starting to get some weird plant growth thingy on what looks like a branch that is white (hey, i never ask him about his tank!)... the roots look like string (just 5 mm long, i estimate) and the leaves (i think they're leaves...) look pointy. can anyone identify this?
my friend currently has:
coral
few snails (few as in 5 or so)
2 emerald crabs to get rid of bubble algae
1 acro crab in one of his acropora (is that what it's called? the crab is white with black band across his eyes)
clown fish
some kind of blue fish i see often at my LFS
some kind of purple fish
and an aggressive (but not really) black fish. he has a white circle.on both sides of his body
sorry for the non-detailed explanation of my friend's tank but i'm not good with saltwater....
all i know is that my friend's been called an expert at reef-keeping.
