Are water changes nesscary if your water is already perfect?

I don't know what you have in your tank? But fish use up minerals in the water. these mineral and other substance will be replaced by water changes:D

There are far more things in your water than you test for. You dont know if your water is "perfect" or not.

Chemicals, heavy metals, and other levels fluctuate. Some are used up, some are released. Water changes are the only way to control this.
