Brown spots on fish!!!

I have a 29 gallon tank. With three red zebras, and two yellow tailed violet cichlids. And one pleco. It's an established aquarium. They are all happy and well. I've noticed on my oldest red zebra that I've had for a few years, he has a brown spot on the side of his tail! Another younger red zebra has a little brown on her too! Is there something wrong with my little fishies? :confused: Do you know what this brown might be?

Also, do you know what conditions are needed for cichlids to breed? My two yellow tailed cichlids do their mating dance all the time. And they dance in circles and stuff but no babies! They do this all the time! Anything I could be doing wrong or what?

Sorry I cant help you maybe if you had pics it would be possible to get help from us. Also what type of pleco do you have??? Just curious. Also this will bump it up so more time to get help from others.
