Jadis AC Members Jul 24, 2005 177 0 0 portland, OR Nov 27, 2006 #2 a stick? actually pool filter sand isnt fine, its actually really coarse so it wont create pockets very easily. i just put some in my tank and hate it. it looks like cat litter.
