What is a good K rating on bulbs for plant growth and fish comfort?

i dont think we really know what kelvin rating fish like...
to me, a good K rating = a good view for yourself.
plants dont really care what the color of the light is, they care whats inside of it

if you're worried about too much light in the tank for the fish you can diffuse it though a floating plant.
Fish comfort... hard to know... hard to get the fish to tell you

Would 2 of these bulbs be a good amount for my 20 gallon high?

That makes a total of 50 watts for 20 gallons, which is 2.5wpg. Also, is the kelvin on these fine? Would these be fine for both my fish and anacharis and amazon sword?

WAYYYYYYY to low of light. That equals 8 watts total for a 20 gallon. Algae probably won't even grow.
