Here is my newest list for my 55g.

1 bolivan ram
3 female bettas
3 julii cories
3 spotted cories
2 kuhli loaches
5 reg or drawf platies
3-5 more snails
couple of ghost shrimp

I know about adding more silvers but first i would have to find silvers of the same species and the same size as her.

Also i stated in an earlier thread that i'm going to add some selected platy fry to a divided 10g. It will divided down the middle and one side will have a male clown tail betta, and the other will have the fry.

Any opinions are pretty much welcome!!! :cool2:

Can anyone tell me if this will work? I need opinions!!!!

I don't know much about some of the fish on your list but for the female bettas, I would have at least 4 or more to spread aggression. I have 4 in my 55 gallon and have not had problems yet, but watch as females can be as nasty at males in many cases.

Cories - stick to one kind and get 6. I have the spotted and they are my favorite cories.

Probrably better off with at least three to five of the loaches and I would really think that two snails would create enough fodder for the loaches. Make sure that they are bigger otherwise the loaches could go after the snails you want to keep.

Silver dollars are better in groups...but you know that. How big is yours already?

In my experience, ghost shrimp do not last very long and you would need a whole bunch if you wanted them for cleaning up debris. They also carry a worm like parastite, but it is easy to see through their clear bodies.

I also just read in another post that someone had pointed out that the Rams are going to want higher temps and I think that person said as high as in the 80's.

thanks
