I've heard so many different opinions on how many times your tank should be turned over in a marine tank. Can people tell me there opinions. I have a 10 gallon tank with 2 rio 90's that put out 80 gph each. Is this enough or do i need more or less?

I have close to 26X in my 70gal tank.

in such a small tank though it is hard to get so much turnover without blowing everything apart. Do you have any recomendations for powerheads and gph for my 10 gallon

IMO, what you have should be fine for a 10g. You may have to play with placement some to get a flow pattern that you like and works for any corals that you have, but if you start adding more or larger PHs, you won't have much to look at in a 10g other than the PHs.

Opinions vary so much on turnover rates... I've seen people recommend at least 10x, no less than 20x, and some say that anything less than 30x is undesirable. For larger tanks, > 20x can be done without creating problems, but in a 10g any fish you have would be hanging on for dear life.

FWIW, in our 90g we have 10 - 12x turnover with no flow related problems and our corals happily wave back and forth in the current. I've thought about adding another PH to alter the flow pattern some, but even then we'd still be < 15x.

I have about 1000 gph in my 75, which works out to 13X or so. Any more flow, and my sand bed blows all over the tank. I don't know how people have 50X turnover without it being a complete mess.
