Help me ID this blenny

This is one of my first additions to my new tank. It's very similar to an algae blenny with different colors. It behaves just like an algae blenny, grazing on bits of algae on the live rock and the substrate which makes me think he's just a color variant maybe, from a different area geographically. I am tring to figure out what he's called so I can learn more about him.

This is what I thought was a lawnmower blenny. Same body shape but different colors. Also the guy I've got has more of a "sail" fin.

No, I wouldn't say there is "no" difference between it and a typical lawnmower; it does have this bright spot on its back that I haven't seen on lawnmower blennies. Could be a subspecies.
 
After looking at it again I will say that it is definitely NOT a fasciatus.
