Anyone know what brand of paint I can safely use on DIY aquarium furniture?

If you're painting plastic, Krylon fusion is safe once it is cured. I have used it on overflows with great results.

I will be paintingsome backround pieces that I carved out of styrefoam and coated with quickcrete. Looks pretty good. Do you think this Krylon will work on Quickcrete?
